Coordinate medical care for international patients, liaise with hospitals, and ensure seamless patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience in healthcare coordination
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication skills
Business Development Manager
Develop partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers across Rwanda and expand our network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- 5+ years in business development
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
Customer Support Specialist
Provide exceptional support to patients throughout their medical journey via phone, email, and chat.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Multilingual (English, French, Swahili)
- Empathetic and patient-focused
Software Developer
Develop and maintain our platform, build new features, and ensure optimal user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years web development experience
- React, Node.js, TypeScript proficiency
- Healthcare tech experience preferred
